Last weekend I missed out on what was probably the most epic thing to ever occur in Delaware: Firefly Festival. My finances were a bit less than in order when tickets went on sale months ago, so I had sit this one out. Womp. However, if I had gone to the festival this definitely
would’ve been one of my outfits (plus a flower crown, obvi). P.S. If you saw my post from Maui, this outfit is practically the same thing. But hey, sometimes a great outfit needs to be worn more than once, right?
Festival fashion is on the radar of fashionistas everywhere in the summer months with tons of photos of celebs, bloggers and plain, old hippies popping up all over fashion websites. Coachella and Bonnaroo are always the big ones, but I’m pumped that Delaware has made its little fashion mark on festival scene with Firefly. (The Free People blog snapped some great looks!) Music festivals are always a great time to try out a crazy trend or something you wouldn’t normally wear. Some of my favorite looks this season were belly-baring bandeaus, denim cut-offs and daring headpieces.
