Happy Sunday! A few weekends ago I had the pleasure of road tripping to Saratoga Springs, New York, with about 20 Boston bloggers. I’d never been to a horse race before this, so I was pretty excited to get dressed up in an obnoxious fascinator for a fun-filled day of drinks, betting and socializing. America’s Best Racing and Centennial Farms provided us with not only a baller party bus, but a wonderful brunch at Fastig-Tipton, as well. Donald V. Little Jr., president of Centennial Farms and Jimmy Jerkens, trainer for Wicked Strong spoke as we sipped on bloody marys and ate some seriously delicious food.
After brunch we headed over to the track to try our luck and bet on some horses. Although I left with eight dollars missing from my wallet (I know, big spender) I had a blast. Huge thanks to America’s Best Racing, Centennial Farms and Noelle for hosting such a wonderful day for us. I can’t wait to go back!
