Happy Tuesday! I want to say that I can’t believe it’s March, but to be honest, I was counting down the days. I finally feel like there might be an end in sight to this hellish winter. Although, more snow is expected in Boston tonight, so who really knows! I recently unearthed my storage bins with my spring and summer clothing (because that’s how optimistic I feel about 30 degrees) and have been starting to incorporate some pieces into my winter wardrobe. These gold shorts, for example, are one of my favorite possessions and I couldn’t bear the thought of putting them back under my bed for another month or more. If you’re no stranger to Style Tab, you know that I love mixing textures and prints, so obviously I opted to pair my silky metallic shorts with the biggest, fuzziest sweater I own.Ladies and gents, I’d like to formally introduce you to my Oscar the Grouch sweater. I bought this bad boy back around Thanksgiving and it averages about 1-2 wears per week. It is fantastic and I wish I bought in more colors. I think my favorite part about it is that whenever I’m wearing it, friends and coworkers ask if they can pet me. I’ve also been going through the struggle of growing out my bangs this winter and have really taking a liking to the half bun hairstyle. I prefer to wear my hair in a big bun on the top of my head, but because my hair is still too short to do that, the half bun has been a great alternative!P.S. Today is my dear blogger friend, Alicia Tenise‘s birthday! To celebrate I’ve teamed up with her and a few other fab bloggers to give away $100 to Hanuel.
